Kurt Lord


As the founder of Lord Partners and a St. Louis native, Kurt Lord directs leasing activities for numerous retail, mixed use and office developments in the metropolitan St. Louis area.  Additionally Kurt represents a variety of corporate tenants, including US Cellular, McAlister’s Deli, Sleep Center Mattress, Running Room, Glamour Secrets, and El Torero Restaurants.

Kurt developed his sales and marketing expertise when employed by Procter & Gamble and Coca-Cola. By using creative and non-traditional techniques he achieved sales records for his division. After gaining both a law degree and an MBA, Kurt practiced law for several years, focusing on real estate and commercial litigation. Kurt is a licensed attorney in Missouri and Illinois.


Starion (Ronny) Cuka


Ronny represents both tenants and landlords in the St Louis area. He utilizes his customer service and salesmanship skills acquired from a decade of experience in the restaurant industry. Ronny’s numerous contacts in the in the real estate and business community have allowed him to find valued opportunities for his clients.

Originally from Albania, Ronny came to the United States to continue his education and further his desire to be an entrepreneur in the real estate industry. Ronny is a gregarious sales professional who uses his communications background for the benefit of his clients. At Lord Partners he has distinguished himself by bringing in new clients who seek his outgoing manner and personal drive to complete projects in a timely manner.

Ronny is a certified translator in Italian, Albanian, and English. He also utilizes his training in Photoshop, Publisher, Freehand to design valued marketing tools for his clients.


Michele Matzat Lord


Michele serves as the marketing director and office manager for Lord Partners. With her background in marketing and business development coupled with a real estate license, Michele brings a wealth of presentation and production skills to her work in commercial real estate.

Michele developed her expertise in marketing while working for an internationally-renowned architectural company.  She understands the phases and intricacies of the construction cycle and has specific knowledge of the medical office and healthcare markets.  She is experienced in working with clients, project teams and industry professionals to develop a win-win team approach and to organize projects for success.

Tyler Shepard


Tyler is a motivated and resourceful individual.  He obtained his real estate license while simultaneously pursuing a degree in business administration.  Tyler understands the challenges and available opportunities in commercial markets.  With valuable experience in researching properties and representing retail tenants, Tyler has honed his negotiating skills and adds considerable value to the properties that Lord Partners manages and markets.  A lifelong resident of St. Louis and an outdoors enthusiast, Tyler enjoys golfing and hunting.


Marsel Cuka
Marketing & Site Coordinator

With his strong disciplinary Military background, Marsel completes his assignments in a timely effective manner insuring a quality completion of the project as well as client satisfaction.
His duties at Lord Partners include but not limited to: Tenant lease coordination, coordination of tenant build-out requirements to owner clients, designing and mounting of advertising signs at listing premises, relocation and storage of signs as well as service and maintenance of all signs installed etc....
